FITNESS BOOT CAMP
Are you interested in getting fit, toning your body and having fun? Then Fitness Boot Camp is for you. Boot Camp is a challenging class that mixes traditional, calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. This class promotes fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. You will be pushed further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. This program is designed for all levels of fitness experience.
Bring an exercise mat and plenty of water. Workout sneakers must be carried in and put on inside the building in order to protect the gym from dirt & debris.
About the instructor...
Gabrielle is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainor, Spin Instructor and Message Therapist. She is very excited to share her love for fitness with others, while motivating and helping them to reach their individual goals. her passion for fitness makes for a fun, interesting and intense exercise experience.
Group 1: 8 weeks Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30am-6:30am

Pricing: $195 any 3 days/week
$150 any 2 days/week

Gymba Cardio Fitness
This class is Jean's own version of the popular Zumba fitness craze! Get moving with a fun, high energy workout that uses upbeat Latin inspired music to dance your body into shape!
