BIRTHDAY PARTIES

GYMNASTICS BIRTHDAY PARTY:

$150.00 (%50 non refundable deposit due at time of booking, balance due the day of the party).
1 ¹/₂ Hours
12 Guests including the birthday child
$10.00 per child after 12
One hour in he gym for fun filled gymnastics obstacle courses and games
¹/₂Hour in the birthday room for cake and ice cream (we do not recommend opening gifts during the party due to time limits)

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The gym is available Saturdays and Sundays only
All parties must end on time for other gym activities. There will be a $15.00 late fee for a party that runs overtime
We provide tables and chairs, basic decorations, a refrigerator, and a complementary gift to the birthday child
You need to bring table cloths, paper goods, utensils (including knife to cut the cake), cake, ice cream, refreshments, matches, bags to carry gifts home in, themed decorations and goody bags if desired
We would appreciate the gymnastics shool being as clean as when you arrived Thank you in advance!
Place arrive no more than 10 minutes early to set up for your party

PARTY RULES:

Those attending must follow gym rules and may not go on any equipment without the permission AND supervision of the coaching staff
No shoes allowed in the gym
All guest MUST have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian and in a staff member's hands before entering the gym. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Release forms will be given to be handed out with the invitations.
Please dress casually and comfortably
No adults allowed in the gym except the hosting birthday parents!
